Last night McNeill Burbank was thrilled to host an exclusive soft opening for the highly anticipated 751 South community located in Durham, NC. The evening was purposely designed as a moody gallery reveal held in the heart of Bull City at the coveted Mateo bar de tapas.
Upon arrival, guests were shown to a staircase leading to the private dining space above the main floor. Refreshing libations flowed immediately into hands accompanied by the first wave of savory tapas. We showcased seven official home plans for 751 South in the form of gallery pieces. Our guests had the opportunity to mix and mingle amongst the canvases and converse on floor plans as well as architectural details.
Our team was especially excited to showcase the very first McNeill Burbank streetscape for 751 South. Folks on our design and marketing teams have worked tirelessly on perfecting the product placement for the first street in the community. We are pleased to be offering a wide range of square footage and price point options from this streetscape.
Fresh off the presses, McNeill Burbank @ 751 South catalogues were passed out to our guests. The catalogue includes a majority of the official plans McNeill Burbank will be offering in the community as well as our finalized community lot map, which displays our available Artisan and Premier lots in Phase 1 of the development.
The soft opening capped with exclusive pricing information announced in the form of placards placed on each canvas. We were delighted to share with our guests the price ranges for our house plans in 751 South.
